Join us for a wonderful evening of music and dinner at a private farm in Bethel, NY. This event is always one of the highlights of our WCM season. Arrive at 4:00 to enjoy the grounds of this private country home, have a glass of wine and mingle as people arrive for the concert and dinner. The afternoon chamber music concert starts about 4:30 pm, with informal discussion and classical music in a rustic barn on the property. Dining al fresco with the musicians follows the concert and offers a veritable feast of choices from salmon mousse to a variety of quiches; breads with hummus and assorted tapenades; a huge range of salads; main courses of ratatouille, chicken and ham and more! And, of course as one would expect from our wonderful German hosts, we’ll look forward to authentic desserts like an Austrian apple tart and crumble, flourless and carrot cakes, all served with coffee and tea. Reservations disappear as quickly as the delicious, freshly prepared menu for this popular annual event, so be sure to reserve early! Reservations are required at a minimum donation of $80 per person. Your generous contributions support WCM’s concerts and outreach in the area. To purchase tickets, click here.
